Definitions

In this agreement, "Heathrow Airport Cheap Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is your responsibility to allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is essential. Heathrow Airport Cheap Minicabs will not be held liable for delays caused by insufficient time allocation or unpreparedness for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size appropriate for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage, and please note that a child counts as a single passenger regardless of age.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard rate. While we strive to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation carefully, as any errors not brought to our attention may result in delays or additional costs for which we will not be liable.

3.4 Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on their age, weight, and height.

4.4 We are not authorized to exceed the passenger limit set by licensing or insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply if cancellation occurs after the vehicle has been dispatched.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges.

Liability

6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses resulting from delays beyond our control.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You agree to indemnify us against any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of any member of your party.

6.5 Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised by any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations without our consent.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, with changes being effective upon updating this page. Please review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us.

8.5 No third party may enforce rights under this agreement without prior written consent.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
